Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Lumos Now website. The Lumos Now service itself is provided under a separate agreement signed with each customer.

Who runs this website

This website is run by LumoraX (“LumoraX”, “we”). Our company details are on the legal notice page. You can reach us at support@lumos-now-internal.tech.

Information on this website

We describe Lumos Now as accurately as we can. Screenshots show sample data, and the email-to-ticket demo and the cost calculator are illustrations, not quotes. Features can change as the product develops.

Prices and offers

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Prices in dollars or pounds are approximate conversions. The founding offer applies to customers who start a pilot by 2 November 2026 and sign after it, as described on the page.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A contract is formed only when an order form is signed under our Master Services Agreement, and those documents then take precedence.

Using the website

Use the website and its forms only for their purpose. Do not send automated or bulk messages through the forms, try to get around our security, or interfere with how the website works.

Intellectual property

The text, design, screenshots, the Lumos Now name and logo, and the other content of this website belong to LumoraX or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website, but not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and correct, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
